1. Introduction

Welcome to LFX Educational Software. By accessing or using our website, desktop applications, mobile applications (referred to collectively as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, including submitting past questions or viewing personalized dashboards, you must register for an account.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit is truthful and accurate.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
• You are at least 13 years old or have explicit parental/guardian consent.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. User Contributions (Contribute & Earn)

LFX Educational Software allows registered users to submit past questions, exam papers, syllabus guides, and answers ("User Contributions").

By submitting User Contributions, you agree and guarantee that:

• You possess all necessary rights to upload the content.
• The content is accurate, authentic, and not copied from other digital repositories.
• You grant LFX Educational Softwares Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content.

Earning and Reimbursements: Payments are conditional upon content verification by our moderator board. We reserve the right to reject submissions that are duplicates, contain errors, or violate copyright without compensation.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using automated systems (including robots, scrapers, offline readers) to extract data from the Service.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise system integrity or security.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, or other software agents through the Service.
• Impersonating another person or creating fake moderator/contributor credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Contributions), features, functionality, source code, logos, and UI designs are and will remain the exclusive property of LFX Educational Softwares Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LFX Educational Softwares Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.

The educational content provided in the Service is for study assistance only. We do not guarantee passing grades, specific exam scores, or university admission outcomes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
